A program of regular, deep, relaxation massage, puts you back in touch with your body. Become more physically aware of yourself and more easily notice minor physical issues, stresses and tensions as they develop. Attend to your body, take corrective actions before more serious problems occur. Maintain a higher state of health by avoiding many of the damaging effects of the day-to-day chronic stress that most of us experience. Relaxing visualization is often incorporated into sessions to assist in reaching a state of peace and inner confidence
Please Note: This is not therapeutic massage, which is more in line with the treatment of injuries, strains, sprains etc.
